We always ask for Denise. She is the only one I will allow to cut Henry's hair. We tried another stylist and she botched his hair. Denise gives you her honest opinion and works well with Henry. Henry has Down syndrome and she makes him feel welcomed and eases his fear even with him being 2. I do tell people about Cookie Cutters as I like how they do accommodate kids. I would prefer to see the play equipment cleaner.

Baby’s first haircut package was nice for our first cut. Everyone was friendly and patient with all the kids in the shop.

Paid for the baby’s first haircut package but their system wasn’t working right. So I haven’t gotten the certificate or the picture. My sons haircut turned out good considering he wouldn’t stop moving but I personally won’t pay for it again.
