We waited 30 minutes past our appt time. It was very busy, so I could understand if they were just running behind. We did not have a specific stylist we were waiting for, yet people were getting taken back before us. Very frustrating.

The stylist was wonderful and friendly! The receptionist seemed annoyed or overwhelmed, and was rude during the check in process and check out process. I will definitely come back because I feel like my child was treated well, but the way we as parents were greeted and registered needs some work.

Really love taking my kids here only issue we had was we were told we would be next in line and that they had a 130 apt scheduled so they may come in and be before us or in between my two kids. After they let 3 separate ppl go before us I had to ask when our turn was. The lady said she was sorry and we finally had our turn.
