My child's haircut was uneven, and I'm going to have to fix myself or take him elsewhere. The top is longer and the slides are short but the line where the top ends on the right is above his temple where the left is over finger widths below his temple. I would understand the lopsided cut if he squirmed and wiggle but he sat really still only looking over his shoulder 2 times to see what the loud noise was behind him.

My 4 year old sons hair was fine, but when we got home, I had to fix my 10 year old daughters hair because it was not straight. Not sure how that doesn't get done right??

The salon itself could use some improvements - such as repairing the slide and getting the chairs to function as they should. But otherwise we always make a reservation with Sarah and I recommend her 10/10. She is great with kiddos and is very detailed oriented. She takes her time ensuring perfection and ultimately the parent is satisfied with the outcome. She is a very kind soul and makes your kiddo shine!

I’ve been in this location several times and it typically seems clean. This time it was extremely dirty in the waiting area, along the front windows, and there was an overwhelming smell, similar to that of urine. Staff and stylist was friendly, no complaints there, but it could definitely use a deep clean.

During times of Covid I expect a place that serves children would highly encourage to enforce mask wearing for all patrons above the age of 2 as the cdc recommends. My last two visits masks were not enforced with customers entering with their children. Very disappointing.
