The lady that did this one child's hair was good, she did a good job. She was friendly and nice. Our girls like to watch movies during their haircut, they always want us to take them to Cookie Cutters. Overall a good experience for the kids.

The stylist was very nice and listened to what we wanted and also chatted with my little girl, which I think made her feel more comfortable. Reception was not terribly friendly, which brought down the whole experience. $20 for a 5 minute haircut, however, I think is ridiculous, and then they ask for a tip.

Absolutely loved the lady who cut Henrys hair this time! She was very patient with him. We live over an hour away and come when possible for haircuts to cookie cutters. What I was not impressed with was the receptionist staring at my son and I while he cried and freaked out about his haircut. I get it. He's horrible and hates haircuts. I also understand that this is a kids haircut establishment and why I felt comfortable bringing him there.
