The shop is well kept. I am not impressed with my son's haircut. I have had his hair cut here previously, and it looked great. However, today, after his hair dried it is still too long and a bit bushy.

I feel like this is the only option for kids cuts where they feel comfortable. That being said, I as a parent would like to see this store updated a little more to reflect a cleaner atmosphere. Specifically the flooring and bathrooms. It has seen better days and the bathrooms always smell and look very dirty. (Raceway and US 36 cookie cutters)

The store has a very strong wet dog/ dirty diaper odor in it. Very overwhelming smell. The staff was great and very friendly.

My kid's love this place for the games/netflix while getting their hair cut. But one of the ladies was a little rude today. The other two were nice, but for $15 plus tip to cut a little bit of my two little boy's hair you would think they would be a little nicer. All in all it was okay. Park was fun and clean.

The atmosphere is fantastic, my boy's love the games, Netflix and park. But the lady's weren't so nice, seems like their patients was wearing thin.

Thank you for the note regarding your experience. We do try t make every person have a good time. There is no excuse for not taking the time to treat your child better. We will strive to do better. Stylists have always been great here with kids. We were sad to see how the inside play area and flooring need tending to, as well as the seating.
