Need to be aware of hair types, daughters hair is wavy/curly - looked good when cut but MUCH shorter next day due to the curls. Too much length coming off for a trim.

There was no wait when we walked in. The lady who did my sons hair was good with him. Everything went fine except for when we went to pay and we used our prepaid card and it came up short on it. So I ask the receptionist why it would be short, and she said maybe someone who rung us up last maybe put a tip on the card, but I told her I have never put a tip on it. So not happy that I got ripped off.

The price is way too high. Cannot believe how much it's gone up. Going to Great Clips next time.

The place is awesome for kids with the indoor park and the TV or vedio games as they get there hair cut. A little pricey for the little hair my boys have, but they love it at cookie cutters so its worth it!!

There was absolutely no reason to make an appointment. 2 walk in or taking before us when we had an appointment. We ended up waiting almost a 1/2 an hour.

I've taken my boys to Cookie Cutters for 6 yes now. This is the first time I was disappointed in the professionalism. Half way through my son's hair cut, the lady cutting his hair informed me her son had been sick vomiting all night the previous night & she had been dry heaving all day & was waiting for someone to come in to relieve her & she was going straight to immediate care. I understand people need to work, especially with the cost of everything going up these days, but she wasn't even wearing a mask! If you know your child was sick all night & you've been sick all day...please wear a mask while working around small children!!!
