Appointment made two days in advance, but we still had to wait 20 minutes for service. Many kids old enough to wear masks were not.

The shop is starting to look run down. It has not been sufficiently maintained over the years. It felt dirty even though I saw employees cleaning. We were in the shop for less than 15minutes. The service was quick and the stylist worked efficiently.

They were wonderful with my daughter for her first cut, absolutely no complaints except the price. Stylist was wonderful and super quick, but for $15+ I’d expect to take more then 5 min for the cut. Just a bit overpriced, but my daughter loved it so we’ll probably return regardless.

We have Denise cut Henry's hair. I let one girl and not sure of her name cut it one time and stopped her. She was not cutting it correctly as Denise had prior. Denise was talking her through it too. Since then we only use her. She is very professional and makes Henry feel comfortable. I'm not sure if she is a manager or not but she is valuable to even to the other stylists. I should also mention that my son has Down syndrome. So it's important to me to have someone who treats him well.

The app for cookie cutters is not setting times correctly I had scheduled an appointment yesterday for sat, Jan 15 one at 1130, and the next at 1145. It never received the 1130, but the 1145. It needs to looked at as it conflicts times with others.
