We should have just waited on Denise. The lady we got instead seemed less than thrilled to be at work and the hair cut shows that. The ac was out and I'm sure that contributed to it, but that falls on management to create a comfortable work environment if they decide to stay open. She has cut my sons hair in the past and done a fine job so it's in my opinion that it was probably due to having to work in a hot shop with no ac. Next time I will request Denise. She has always done a great job.

I think the receptionist could be a little bit more friendly. She seemed stressed and some what annoyed. A little smile and more friendly welcome would be nice! The hairstylist was awesome! she worked well with my children and was very friendly and engaged with my children, with me and what she was doing. Great Job! My money was worth spending here. I tried three other places that could not work or would not work with my children. I would definitely recommend others to this place!

When we walked in, it took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge we walked in. There were technology issues with the person running the front desk with a customer checking out. It would be a common courtesy to say "welcome to cookie cutters we will be with you in just a moment." The person running the desk did not have the proper knowledge of the computer and kept needing assistance. The check out process also too far too long. Honestly, I have no intention on returning to this location. I did not feel valued and was irritated when we left.

The lady that cut our child's hair this time was nice, but she didn't do the best job. Her bangs were too short and crooked, I will have to fix them tonight. But the lady was very friendly and nice.

They were unable to print my first haircut and therefore I had to return later to pick them up. Super inconvenient with 2 small kids

The space felt dirty and dark. I wasn’t expecting this feeling with the neighborhood we chose to attend, but it didn’t feel clean or like a well-kept space. We will most likely be finding another location for our next appointment. Nothing against the service or quality, just not comfortable with the level of cleanliness.
