We had Lisa F for the first time today, and will DEF be requesting her in the future. She was wonderful with my almost 2 year old. He stayed very calm and she made him feel very comfortable. So thankful we met her today!

The lady cutting the hair looks like she was in a hurry and I was not satisfied with my sons hair cut.

First shampoo and cut for my five year old granddaughter. She looks amazing and enjoyed every moment. We will be back.

Any child with fears and/or behavioral issues could benefit from a visit to Cookie Cutters. They take extra time to work with kids who have issues. They are a Godsend.

Ryan’s haircut was well done & the stylist who cut it did a great job, however the receptionist’s behavior was not anywhere near professional. When I walked in to check in, she was on her cell phone and had her AirPods in. At checkout, she had her head down on the counter, AirPods still in, scrolling social media, and ignored me as I stood there waiting to pay. I finally had to ask her if I could pay. She did not engage with any of the customers. While the stylist was great, I do not know that I would return based upon the receptionist’s lack of professional conduct. We did call and follow up on the phone as we were running late to another appt at the end of his haircut.
