I’d recommend visiting this location honestly only if you go there to see Sara. She’s super good with children and does a great job also. I’ve had negative experiences at this one location before, where I’ve felt discriminated, since I’ve been turned away a few times (even with 2-3 stylists are sitting with no clients, supposedly waiting for their next scheduled appt, but ALL 3 if them?.... don’t think so!) for not having a scheduled appt in advance. Is this an only “schedule appt” kids hair cut place or what? Once again, I learned my lesson the hard way, I now schedule my appts and it is only with Sara every single time. One of these occasions, I even remember the name of the person who turned me away, her name was Savannah, so be aware of this girl, no manners, let alone customer service.
