I was waiting with my two children for 30 minutes, when I asked about my 3:30 and 3:45pm appointment, the woman who replied yelled at me and said “we are calling you now” After the experience today and the lack of respect and care for clients, I will not bring my children to this location.

It was amazing! Our stylist was very nice, they had netflix for him to watch and she did the cut quickly and he was happy the whole time. He loved being in the car also!
