Absolutely loved the lady who cut Henrys hair this time! She was very patient with him. We live over an hour away and come when possible for haircuts to cookie cutters. What I was not impressed with was the receptionist staring at my son and I while he cried and freaked out about his haircut. I get it. He's horrible and hates haircuts. I also understand that this is a kids haircut establishment and why I felt comfortable bringing him there.

Very disappointed to be told when we walked in that our normal stylist was no longer than. It would have been nice to have been informed ahead of time if possible. She is the only one who cut his hair nicely. We tried one other person their and they butchered his hair. Today the district manager Lisa did his hair and while he had a harder time today. She tried which I appreciate. Still not sure if Iā€™m happy or not. Iā€™m willing to give it one more try with her. However with her only there one day a week makes it hard to do.
