We came for my son’s “baby’s first haircut” the hair stylist was great. However we ended up waiting for an extra 30 minutes for the front desk staff to figure out how to get the included picture to attach to the included certificate and attempt to print. The end result was me texting a picture I took and then they uploaded that to the certificate, but the staff were unable to print the certificate. So they texted the certificate to me for us to print at home. It wasn’t the best experience for us.

my son's hair was choppy and super uneven. The hair stylist did not talk to my child or address him at all. When I asked her to fix where it was choppy she trimmed up around his ears and ignored what I asked her to do. We had to take him to barber after.

The stylists that work at the Raceway location are always welcoming and wonderful with so many kids on the move. I am willing to take the 30 min drive for the service and guaranteed satisfaction.
