The cosmetologist working at that location seem to not have proper training on working with kids. That environment is not kid friendly

If you are on appointment only, please do not squeeze in a walk in if you are not going to take the time to do it correctly. My daughter's bangs were not even wet when cut and were butchered by Angel.

My appointment was booked as a first baby hair cut. After the haircut, I asked the lady at the front desk if I was supposed to get a certificate or a lock of his hair? She told me that the computer told her it was just a regular haircut and told me I could go get some of his hair if I wanted. I told her it was okay and paid for the haircut. She told me again that I could just go get some of his hair off the floor. I didn’t have anything to put it in or anyway to take it home with me. She didn’t offer me any suggestions like a baggy or offer to make me a certificate either. I was almost in tears and didn’t want to cause a scene so I left. I fully regret not getting any of his hair for his first haircut but I wish something more would’ve been done to make the situation better. I looked back at my email and I was booked for a baby first cut and I attached a picture. It just wasn’t the experience I wanted for his first haircut.

The hair dresser we had was very rude and rough on my son. He is only 1 and she needs to be a lot more gentle than what she was. The woman who checked me out at the cadhiet was also rude.
