We tried to go the night before but the salon was closed at 7pm, even though the store sign said 8pm. Prices are a little high for the quality of the cut but my toddler loves the cars.

This was my child's first real haircut, I had her bangs but when she was like 2(at this same place), she is now 4 going on 5. The station that we were at where my daughter sat still had hair pretty well covering it, several chunks in the seat, in the floor, and in the door frame of her chosen car. I had paid for the shampoo service, the lady that cut her hair did fine, but cut her hair completely dry, did not even wet ti down to cut it. When she finished, I told her that I had selected to option with the shampoo, and she said great that is where I can see if I actually did a good job,if I got it all. Every time I have had my hair cut they have always at least wet my hair down, so I was a little concerned, and glad I had said something, or it would not have happened, and then my daughter might have had messed up hair. She was nice enough, and it was a very busy day, but things should still be done correctly, and cleanly.

The salon smelled of stale cigarette smoke when I entered. It was very busy and that smell may have come from a customer. I wish they would clean out the cars/chairs better after each haircut. There was a lot of hair in the chair my son sat in....not just a few strays but big chunks that were cut off.

We should have just waited on Denise. The lady we got instead seemed less than thrilled to be at work and the hair cut shows that. The ac was out and I'm sure that contributed to it, but that falls on management to create a comfortable work environment if they decide to stay open. She has cut my sons hair in the past and done a fine job so it's in my opinion that it was probably due to having to work in a hot shop with no ac. Next time I will request Denise. She has always done a great job.

I think the receptionist could be a little bit more friendly. She seemed stressed and some what annoyed. A little smile and more friendly welcome would be nice! The hairstylist was awesome! she worked well with my children and was very friendly and engaged with my children, with me and what she was doing. Great Job! My money was worth spending here. I tried three other places that could not work or would not work with my children. I would definitely recommend others to this place!
