The price for a haircut at Cookie Cutters has gone up so much in the past few years. It is not affordable any more. Plus they did away with the program where you got a free haircut after every 12. The new loyalty program is worthless. It takes way too long to earn anything. Our visit today was a horrible experience. There was a child screaming and throwing a full on tantrum. His mother actually had to hold him down. It would have been understandable if he had been a baby or toddler. This kid looked about 6 years old and the way he was behaving was ridiculous! You couldn't hear yourself think over the escalating screaming. If I worked there I would have asked them to leave. Between that and the high prices, we will not be returning. Sad because we have been loyal customers for years.

Thank you for your review. We thank you for being a loyal customer. The new loyalty program is set to earn free haircuts the same way as the punch card. In addition you earn dollars for service and product alike. Yes, the loyalty card does require more than the 12 as before, but you can use one card for the entire family and don't forget to use it for all product purchases. We cannot control other clients and pride ourselves of serving all clients. Some children do have a harder time than others and we also serve children with special needs. Thanks again for your patronage and hope you return and continue to be a Cookie Cutter client.

Scheduled appointment and arrived 10 minutes prior to appointment to be greeted by receptionist and told they would be over…no wonder there is slide to allow kid’s entertainment while waiting! 45 minutes later.. receptionist excused tardiness to another client questioning wait time stating they had 5 kids they were “unscheduled” As a patient parent waiting I observed whoever scheduled daily appointments Overbooked every stylist working..general kid cut time was on average 15 plus minutes… For wait time and some of the fades walking out the door $19+ for 3 year old “cut” is bit over Priced when the wait was over hour! We did appreciate our stylist knowing what we ask for( #1 fade on sides/hand trim curls even top) and executed. My toddler wasn’t fussy and for most part corporate even with stylist directing his movements!

Haircut was horrible, everything else was good. Unfortunately I don’t feel like the stylists are skilled in cutting hair. Sons cut looks rough, fortunately it’s hair and will grow back.

Front check in, the young lady had an attitude and would rather be anywhere but at work. Disinterested and not unprofessional. The stylist was polite though

Very disappointed to be told when we walked in that our normal stylist was no longer than. It would have been nice to have been informed ahead of time if possible. She is the only one who cut his hair nicely. We tried one other person their and they butchered his hair. Today the district manager Lisa did his hair and while he had a harder time today. She tried which I appreciate. Still not sure if I’m happy or not. I’m willing to give it one more try with her. However with her only there one day a week makes it hard to do.
