I think the place needs a remodel of the floor. The floor is absolutely dirty and I feel hair gets stuck on floor much easier than a smooth marble like floor. Maybe also using a Tineco Mop/vaccum can be helpful for the staff. Cleaning I think should be done daily with disinfectant on every seat available and it is always with hair.

Stylist was very nice, my only complaint would be the seeming unwillingness to cut the hair a certain way due to gender. She still cut it fairly close to how my child wanted it and it still looks good so again, no real complaint. I've just run into this a few times with the stylists here.

Very dirty. There was hair everywhere. I understand the struggle with kids and running through all the hair on the floor. But there was hair on every surface.
