I’m very disappointed with the haircut my 5-year-old son received today. He’s severely autistic and nonverbal, and after three months without a cut, we expected care and patience. Instead, the stylist, Jessica, rushed through it in just 13 minutes, didn’t follow our directions, and left his hair uneven—including poorly done sideburns. She was also rude and visibly uncomfortable with his sensory needs. This is supposed to be a supportive space for special needs kids, but it felt anything but. Sadly, this isn’t our first poor experience with her—she also gave him a bad cut last year that had to be corrected. We won’t be returning to Jessica. Natalie, who cut his hair last time, is patient, kind, and actually listens—someone we’d much rather continue with. I hope management takes this seriously, because we definitely didn’t receive the $30 in service we paid for!!
