We like the service and our hairdresser very much. I do feel like the coupons are hard to use and expire too quickly. And that the haircut price is too high.

I have mostly had good and fine experiences. The stylist are friendly and mostly patient with the kiddos. The last cut for my son the front was incredibly uneven and I am a bit frustrated because we don't have time to get him back, he wasn't loving it, but also wasn't really wiggling. Going to request a specific stylist next time.

Price is too expensive, considering finding somewhere else. It went up by $4 suddenly

We have had some decent haircuts but today was a bust. My husband asked for more length to be taken off. The stylist didn’t get the message and it basically looks like he didn’t get a cut. When my husband asked again for more length to be taken off the stylist said she didn’t have time. We will be going elsewhere for this reason.

Bad haircut, and master did not hear me when i said like 5 times to cut it the way i want it to be and i showed her with my fingers where and how she should cut it.
