Ashley made it an awesome experience for my daughter. She was super caring and patient. My daughter’s haircut turned out adorable.

Lexy is incredible with my squirmy 2 year old. He doesn’t enjoy his hair being touched and Lexy really helps with her speed and patience. His hair looks fantastic and he even handled it better than his first time. I think Lexy did a great job making him comfortable and the experience is growing on him.

Miss.Ashley was amazing with my son. It was his first haircut and he cried the whole time. She really worked well on trying to make him comfortable throughout the haircut. I am so happy on what she was able to do, especially when he was not sitting still and making it difficult to cut.

Two things I was disappointed about. 1 was that the stylist never came and asked if I was satisfied with my sons haircut. She left too much on top and I needed him to get back in the chair and put the cape back on. Another thing that happened. I was comforting a mother with a crying 2 year old and Debbie basically told me I cant talk to her. I told her that I was reassuring the mom because my son used to cry too. Debbie was super rude and I am surprised she works with kids.

Let me tell you of the most wonderful experience we had with the staff and Miss Debbie. All the staff was so friendly and kind to us. We are first time parents and had no idea what to expect. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with kindness. Check in was a breeze and wait was very minimal. Miss Debbie was so wonderful. She cut out LO hair. She was patient and kind to but us and our little guy. She was very engaging and wonderful. Thank you to the staff and Miss Debbie for making our LO first hair cut so special! We will be back in the future!
