Almost in tears as my son just had the worst first haircut experience ever. I was so looking forward to this and could not be more disappointed. I am not sure why Ms. Zarina works at kids haircut place? She did absolutely nothing to engage my son for his haircut. He was not happy about the haircut but she never did anything to make it any better. She seemed annoyed the entire time. Honestly I don’t think she said 2 words to my son during the whole cut. Was my child the first kid that didn’t like having his haircut? I came here because I thought they would be friendly and used to working with kids. Definitely not the case and would not recommend anyone to waste their money here. I had to walk away because I was so upset with how she was acting towards my son and my husband could tell so he stayed with him while I went in the lobby.

I have mostly had good and fine experiences. The stylist are friendly and mostly patient with the kiddos. The last cut for my son the front was incredibly uneven and I am a bit frustrated because we don't have time to get him back, he wasn't loving it, but also wasn't really wiggling. Going to request a specific stylist next time.

I don't expect much when I come here, quick and easy. But this was by far the worst haircut my son has ever had, just based purely on skill level and how it turned out. We will never be back.
