the only reason I refuse to refer anyone or come back is due the woman that saw my son gauge while were there. She was unprofessional, was more worried about eating her lunch that arrived then helping him with hair all over him or giving him sucker balloon or coupons or checking us out left it all of lady that saw this son of mine Owen.

This woman was awful. She left hair longer on one side than the other. Then when her coney island food showed up she was so worried about eating she handed me a lint brush to get the hair off of my son. I have never ever seen that much hair matted to my child all over his legs and body. After I used lint brush to clean my son she was in back eating. Didn't give him a balloon like my other son received, no sucker no coupons nothing. She was awful and I will never be back. I can not believe how rude she was.
