My son has never had a good hair cut expereince. Screaming, holding down all of it. This was the first time he was distracted by the kid freiendly enviroment. The stylist was efficent and worked so well with thim. By far the best hair cut experience from my almost 2 year old with lots of hair!

Miss Debbie is amazing with my son and does wonderful work. He has autism and was not a big fan of haircuts until we met Miss Debbie. Her patience has gone a long way to making him comfortable and want to get his hair cut.

Went today and had Carole, we have not had her as a stylist before. I told her what I wanted for my 4 year old and then started telling me about her previous client and how difficult the mother was and kept referring to her as “some European women” and wouldn’t stop talking about it. When she did the front of my sons head she did a blunt cut across the front which is not what he had coming in nor what we wanted. She then tried to fix it by using blending scissors and again going straight across. His “bangs” now look uneven and just awful. We have never had an issue at this location but we will certainly not be having Carole ever again.

We go to Cookie Cutters in Royal Oak. It's always a great experience. The girls are all wonderful with the kiddos and my kids have a great time every time they go, never any tears. Mrs. Paula is one of our favorites, she does an awesome job on my two boys hair and she talks to the kids like they are people who matter, she asks about them and what thwy are up to. It really means a lot to us.
