Honestly, I am pretty disappointed. I have had a wonderful experience every time we have come except for this time. My son moved while getting his bangs cut and the hairdresser just kept getting shorter and shorter trying to fix it. It seemed like she just doesn’t have a lot of experience in working with toddlers who move. I have not had this issue in the past. I actually had to end up cutting the hair cut short because I was holding back tears and I didn’t want to risk it getting any worse. I know it is just a kids haircut and their hair grows so fast, however, we are leaving for vacation on Monday where we will have a lot of family photos. Very disappointed. We will be back but we will be seeing our regular hairstylist from now on. There is literally no salvaging this haircut. We will have to wait until it grows out. I also want to note that compared to haircuts in the past, my son was exceptionally well behaved but the hairstylist wasn’t able to handle him moving his head which is a natural thing for a 1.5 Year old to do.

The person who cut Andy's hair did a fabulous job. The haircut itself turned out great, and they were really understanding about his discomfort with loud noises and his want to leave the chair to be with his mom. Andy had a tough time calming down for the appointment after waiting 45 minutes to be seen, but the haircut and the personality of the stylist were amazing. I think it was worth the wait, but hard to say if Andy would be willing to sit for that long again.

I had a good experience besides the fact we waited for 30 minutes, even though we had an appointment.

We went to Cookie Cutters for my sons first haircut. We had Elia as our stylist. She was very to the point, to the extent that she came off as unfriendly. This was our sons first haircut, and he is only 10 months old so I expected the stylist to be good with kids and patient considering she works in a kids salon. She did not interact with our son at all and when he became upset and started crying she still did not attempt to engage or help the situation. Elia instead turned to us and asked us to attend to him and hold his arms down for her. I took a few video clips of his experience for my own memorabilia, and when showing the video to family and friends one of their first comments was in regards to the stylists lack of engagement and interaction. Fortunately, his haircut turned out but due to the experience (or lack therefore) with the stylist we will not be returning. I would advise to hire stylists who can at least pretend to like children to improve a customers experience.

Decor is lacking! Could look more up to date and modern not enough kid hands on things or even things for kids to look at. More incentive/rewards for kids. The stylist need to look more professional. They looked a little unkept. For being a kid haircut place, I felt they didn’t seem like experts with entertaining and cutting hair for terrified kids.
