We love Lexy and her kindness and patience with our son who is extremely afraid of getting his hair cut. He was screaming and crying but she cooly took great care of him and gave him a quality haircut despite his franticness. My husband and I repeatedly come back to Royal Oak Cookie Cutters even though we live all the way in Novi (Northville CC is closer to us) because of Lexy and her professionalism and genuine kindness to our baby boy. As long as she is there, we will gladly take the trip just so she can give us her service:) Give that gal a raise she’s great!!! Thank you Lexy!
