Truly one of the worst haircuts my kid has gotten! It looks like his hair was randomly chopped all over and His bangs are sloped down at an obvious angle. I get it that these haircuts are inexpensive, but there was no skill involved. Moreover, the stylist, as soon as she was done with my first son’s cut got out her cell phone and walked around the salon on a personal call. The whole experience was absurd.

Not bad, but not good either. Arrived at the salon when it opened - the workers were still half asleep! No greeting or acknowledgement of any kind. Receptionist talked so quietly - I couldn’t hear her. I’d booked a baby’s first haircut package online. They did not know this. The hairstylist did not introduce herself or do anything about a first haircut. Seemed she wasn’t used to working with kids. Tv was in Spanish and she didn’t know how to change it. The plastic bag for the lock of hair was so incredibly tiny - there’s no way she’d be able to put any hair in it. I’m glad I brought my own envelope. We had to wait a long time for the first haircut certificate to be made and it was printed the wrong way so more than half the page was blank. There was also space for a before and after photo - only an after was taken so there’s a blank picture space on the certificate. The haircut itself was fine and took about 10 min. Not a good value for $20.95. Won’t be back. Oh - and they kept pushing the app and buying several haircuts up front. They should work on their customer service before promoting the app.

I’ve been told many things in our visits there. “We don’t take walk ins on weekends”, then I make appointments and they take walk ins. They can never seem to find your appointment when you do make them. They are never running on time (today was 45 minutes behind). I take my young (under 2) child there and am told “he needs to sit still. He moves too much”. I understand it’s difficult when they move a lot! But he’s a kid. Then was told it’s because of kids like him they run behind all day. I have a prepaid card- so when that’s gone- we won’t be back.

Went today and had Carole, we have not had her as a stylist before. I told her what I wanted for my 4 year old and then started telling me about her previous client and how difficult the mother was and kept referring to her as “some European women” and wouldn’t stop talking about it. When she did the front of my sons head she did a blunt cut across the front which is not what he had coming in nor what we wanted. She then tried to fix it by using blending scissors and again going straight across. His “bangs” now look uneven and just awful. We have never had an issue at this location but we will certainly not be having Carole ever again.

I was very disappointed that they refused to use a happy picture I got of my son because they already started to print it with the one of him not smiling. I asked if they could just reprint it and they said no. I feel like for such a big moment like his first haircut we would have had better treatment than this and wanted us to have the picture we wanted on his certificate. I was very disappointed.
