Value for services at Irelands has always been a bit pricy. I have felt however, that we get what we pay for, and continued using the salon b/c I have most always been very satisfied w/results. Yet, value of service has been pretty much the same while pricing at Irelands has been creeping up and has almost reached the point of diminishing returns. This is why I rated the Survey question on value at a 9. While I understand the concept of inflation, salon pricing had substantially increased prior to the current economic circumstances. Soooo, please. Try to control that aspect of your business. Thank you for this opportunity to express my opinion.

Kylie is amazing! Very friendly and does an amazing job, I will not go to anyone else. The salon is always so clean and that staff are all very friendly.

Beth and I discussed last night just how long I had been coming to her and it has been 16 years since I started there. I love her kindness and caring for her customers that keeps myself and others coming back. Thank you all

I love Kellie and her work. I do however wish you would teach your front desk employees to confirm who they are making appts for. I just checked my email and for some reason my next eyebrow/lip wax appt is with a Kristin and I've been seeing Kellie for years now. It gets frustrating as this is not the first time this has happened. I've received text messages before that I have an appt when it is really a different person with the same name that had an appt scheduled. I would think when they see a common name they would confirm by using our phone number or birthday to confirm which one we are but they do not. This last time when I was checking out Kellie was standing right there telling them to schedule me and somehow I am now scheduled with Kristin.
