Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The first time I ever went here I had the best experience but this last time was the worst hair appointment I’ve ever had. The hairdresser was not friendly at all and act more as though she was mad and didn’t want to be there. She was aggressive with shampooing not relaxing at all. She near ripped my ears off every time she brushed my hair during the blow drying process. I’ve never had a hairstylist that I thought was going to burn me with the curing iron but I was genuinely consider with her. The haircut was not what I wanted but hair will grow back. I’m not sure if she just had a bad day, but it was the worse salon experience I’ve ever had.

The ladies that did our pedicures were amazing. They were nice and professional amd very much engaged.The place and atmosphere were wonderful.

I just got my very first massage and Jami was so thorough and thoughtful. She explained everything and set me at easy. It was a wonder experience and I will be back to see her.

Crystal is amazing and has done total transformation for me a few times. This time went from blonde to this!
