I came in for a facial. The receptionist was wearing a sweatshirt and the lady who was going to do my facial was behind the desk. She did not introduce herself or give me her name. Facial was nice but I feel like instead of leaving me alone during steam time for 7 minutes you should have them maybe put your hands in warm lotion or hot pad on shoulders for more relaxation. The same for the 10 minutes of mask time just a little xtra that other spas do. Also offer water! After I was not told any of the products used or if I was interested in purchasing any. Also when paying they should not stand there while cashing out and giving a tip. They should also give their business card after.

Love my stylist and her sent many people to her!!! Wish you had more hair product deals or gift packs. Nice to see some updating inside.

Receptionist seemed distracted and was not personable. As always, Ethan was awesome (complementary, friendly and just a ray of sunshine!)

Brooke was my hairdresser and she did a wonderful job on my hair. She took my suggestions on what to do with my hair and actually made them a reality as well as talking them through with me before hand. Brooke was very professional yet fun and bubbly. I highly recommend her for my family and friends let alone my future hair needs.
