Went in for an eyebrow wax and my skin was ripped off in the process. I was told lit was because I was using a retinol product and could have been prevented by using an oil before the wax began. PLEASE ask clients if they use retinol based products BEFORE waxing so it does not happen to anyone else. This was a painful and stressful process to go through and it’s been hard caring for the wound afterward.

Overall my experiences have been just okay. The front desk isn't as friendly as the actual people performing the service. The services are pretty good, but also feels over-priced for what you get.
