Nice, clean salon. The stylists for my 4 y/o daughter and I were friendly and did a good job. I declined a shampoo due to chemical sensitivities (I meant to bring my own but forgot!), and she was very understanding and straightened my hair to cut it dry instead. My daughter's hair was simply straightened briefly and cut as well. I will say I would've expected my stylist to do some waves or curls in it to make it look nicer before leaving the salon, but that didn't really matter much since I was going home anyway and would wash it later. I just sometimes get the feeling that they don't care as much when they don't get to do a bunch of coloring etc., like simply a haircut now is just too boring so they don't put effort into making it look pretty/you feel pretty when you leave. I have noticed this everywhere I go. I also think the pricing for the extremely short amount of time it took to cut our hair (like 10 mins for my daughter and 30 mins for me) and how little was done to our hair was really high. Really seemed it should have been cheaper for what we received. That's not the fault of the stylists, though. I know it's all set pricing. The lady working at the front desk was very short and rushy. All in all it is a decent spot to go and it's nice that they have so many stylists that it's easy to schedule last minute and such.

Treated myself to a spray tan for an upcoming trip. It was a little spotty and a few rough spots, but it looked much better the second day. I will go back, I love the aestheticians, clean and very professional.

My polish is uneven in stature and color. The edge line at cuticle is I consistent even though I mentioned it to the tech while there. She was extremely personable but the quality of my manicure could be better

Big Kudos to Abby at the front desk. She always treats me professionally and pleasantly. She obviously knows her job well. On a completely different point, it makes me uncomfortable when I see new/young nail technicians dress and act unprofessionally. Sloppy clothes, holes in jeans in back seat/hip areas. (These holes are not "fashionable" holes. These are holes in clothes that are too worn.) Maybe they'd look better if they wore beauty aprons? Sometimes their hair doesn't even look clean. To me, these ladies do not represent the standards of the BEAUTY profession. If I didn't love my gal so much, I'd probably look elsewhere since this has become an ongoing uncomfortable situation. For example, a few months ago one new gal shoved more trash into the already overflowing trash container by the black sink. (It seems to always be quite full when I'm there.) I asked her why she didn't just empty it. (She didn't have a customer at the time.) She explained that she was tired of always having to be the one who empties it. That it should someone else's job. Geesh... The majority of folks who work here ARE professional. I've had the pleasure of having appointments with three of them. It's quite clear they take pride in themselves as well as their profession.

I love my stylist, Ethan, and his work. No problems there at all. However, as a high end salon I find it to be dirty and uninviting. There is nothing personal about most, if not all, the stations. The front desk staff (not all) could be more professional and friendly. Again, the service I get from Ethan keeps me coming back-that’s about all. The salon could use a warm makeover and a deep cleaning.

I totally get having restrictions and other things due to everything going on right now, but if I'm not getting the full service, I don't feel I should have to pay for the full service. I had to leave the salon with wet hair. Normally, my hair is dried and styled with the price I pay. I paid over $200 and left with wet hair. The wet hair wasn't a big deal, but the fast that I was charged over $200 and didn't even get dried and styled doesn't seem right to me. I was happy with everything else. I just don't see paying that much and not getting the full service I normally do.
