Kristen did my spray tan (not sure I remember her name correctly 😬) but she always does a great job and she is such a sweet person with a sweet spirit.

Marian was my hairdresser today and she did an amazing job, as always! She is so professional and helpful every time I ask for suggestions. She is able to show me different products for whatever I am looking for and I enjoy my time at Irelands Spa every single time!!

Value for services at Irelands has always been a bit pricy. I have felt however, that we get what we pay for, and continued using the salon b/c I have most always been very satisfied w/results. Yet, value of service has been pretty much the same while pricing at Irelands has been creeping up and has almost reached the point of diminishing returns. This is why I rated the Survey question on value at a 9. While I understand the concept of inflation, salon pricing had substantially increased prior to the current economic circumstances. Soooo, please. Try to control that aspect of your business. Thank you for this opportunity to express my opinion.
