Sitting in Stacey's chair is like spending time catching up with an old friend. She is also very professional in her approach -- always explaining what she is doing and why, what the outcome will be and making sure it's okay with me. As a client I know she is the expert and I trust her to make the best decisions. She was also very willing to recommend take-home products to me. As always, love my hair and feel so much better after a trip to the salon! :)

My regular stylist was not available today so I had the opportunity to work with someone else. She was great! As she cut my hair, we discussed a lot of hair issues/questions and she explained what the problem was and how she would address it. I love that no matter who your stylist is at Ireland’s, they are well trained, have a lot of experience, answer your questions, offer suggestions and give great advice. Very pleasant experience!

Stephanie was referred to me by a friend over a year ago, maybe even almost 2 years ago now. I have always had a great experience. Her knowledge and experience is a winner for me. The front desk, support staff is always friendly and greet you by name. That is always a welcome touch as well. Overall 10 out of 10! Thank you. Janis
