Fine experience- asked for a fade- and end result seemed to be closer to the same length all around- so looks more like a buzz cut. Not a fixable error given did not want sides to be any shorter. Kind service.

Asked for a fade that goes to skin on the sides, got it cut down to skin with no fade. Top was left too long, so it had a weird contrast with the way too short sides. I went in the next day, had to wait 30 minutes for the receptionist to get with the manager (Receptionist was friendly enough). Since the sides were cut too short, she could only trim the top so it wouldn't look like crap because the contrast, or cut the top down to knuckle length. The person who fixed it was very nice, no issue there. No need to contact, I will not be returning. If I am paying 2x the normal amount of other places, I expect better quality, and obviously that didn't happen. I'll go to Sportsclips and take my chances, half the price, same amount of risk having my hair messed up.

The pricing is very deceptive. My son went in as a new client ($20). His hair is long and he wanted it short so they told hi It would be a little more. It ended up being $75. My son learned a hard lesson about asking for price specifics.

Overall haircut was fine. Asked for sideburns to be brought up just a little bit and she asked to the middle of my ear was fine and I said ok. Brought it up almost all the way up my ear which is way too high and not what I asked for. Not worth it to spend a premium price to feel bad and self conscious about your hair afterwards. I wanted to like it and want to come back but unfortunately that will not be the case. Did not recommend a product for my hair and did not explain to me the product she was using.

For being an upscale men’s salon I’d expect a better haircut. It was $25 before tip (WITH a $10 off coupon) for child’s haircut and the fade was choppy.The quality of cut is what I’d expect of Supercuts, definitely won’t be spending $30 here again, wouldve been $40 if I didn’t have a coupon!!

my name is Brian, my grandson (Jordan) (16 years old) and I have been coming to this location for over a year, Cloe has been cutting our hair and doing a great job. Sounds like she is no longer cutting hair at this location so Amber cut our hair. She did fine on mine but Jordan walked out in tears unfortunately. He is very picky and school starts next week and did not want much cut off this time and he said that Amber did not listen and cut way too much hair off. Unfortunately with that said we will not be returning. .
