Dear Sherri (Men’s Salon & Staff) I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent customer service that I received during my recent visit to your salon. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile and made to feel right at home. The entire staff was incredibly professional and accommodating, and I was impressed by the level of expertise that was displayed throughout my appointment. My stylist was attentive to my needs and took the time to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the result. I couldn't be happier with how my hair turned out! I also appreciated the attention to detail that was evident in every aspect of the salon, from the comfortable seating to the calming ambiance. It was clear that the team takes great pride in providing their clients with the best possible experience. My only suggestion would be to really get into a unique experience for a men’s market…think of darker walls, more masculine art, and changing up the music selection to perhaps include jazz, or possible offering adult beverages. I recently became a member, I came back Erica did a great job. I found out she no longer worked here, I saw Amber for the first time today. Amber did a great job, she asked a lot of questions about what I wanted, understood what I asked for, and without any adjustments gave me a 10 out of 10 haircut! She tried a few different products, explained what they were for, and I ended up buying one because of her recommendation. I’ll be returning to see Amber, she picked up a new client.

I have been all around the world. My haircut and beard trim reminded me of my time in Dubai. The staff at the Lakeside location was so kind and genuine. Way better than scissors and scotch... 10/10 would recommend it to any man who wants to feel like a king for an hour or so!

Carli and Becka did a great job on me. My ears and nose and hair feel great. I look at least 2 years younger. Looking forward for my return.
