I’m not going to visit this place again. I booked my appointment with Kylee because I was seeing great reviews in google but it turned out to be stressful. No attention to detail. I was expecting suggestions on what styling that would fit for my face and hair but even my present hairstyle was not followed. I was stressed out after the left side of my hair was cut too short than what I explained. If I wanted a mediocre haircut I would have easily gone to a nearby chain hair salon for just 25% of the price you charge. On the scalp treatment, as a customer, I’m supposed to know what is being applied and what benefit that provides - I was not told anything. It make me to suspect that the reviews in Google are made up accounts and not real customers. You lost a customer permanently and I guess you wouldn’t even mind it Thank you!

This is the 3rd visit we’ve had so I feel confident that the recurrent rudeness of the the front desk gal was not simply her having a “bad day”. Absolutely horrendous customer service. The stylist who cut my sons hair this last time was sweet and kind so I was pleased with that aspect of our visit, but to repeatedly call me on my phone 2 minutes after my appointment time to tell me “I should make it quick” and next time my appt would be rescheduled was unnecessary. Things happen (beyond my control) and a little compassion would have been welcomed. Not likely to return.

My 14 year old son had a haircut with Jessica. When the receptionist and I tried to explain to Jessica what we wanted done unfortunately she did not listen and just said I got it without hearing us. He then asked for a half inch trim and clean up but wanted to keep his long hair. I expected a scissors cut/trim at a professional salon but she didn’t listen to what he wanted and used only a clippers and created a bowl cut that’s sorely uneven on the sides and back. For $37 I just expected a higher quality cut based on what he asked for. We will not be going to this salon again.

Scheduled an appointment with a certain person only to show up and have a random person cut my hair. She rushed through it and gave no effort and left me with a pretty bad haircut. Very dissatisfied

I really poor experience. Barber was not skilled at all !!!did not know how to cut the hair probably did not know how to use products properly I will not return.
