This was the first time we came to this place with our 5-month-old. Due to bad weather and construction work around this location , we were 4 minutes late. The first thing I was told as soon as we opened the door was that lateness goes against their policy and next time we would be basically fined. Let's just say, not the best greeting especially for a first visit ( baby’s first haircut!!! Big deal for us as parents. From the upbeat mood we’ve got immediately really down) and since the tardiness was not intentional at all, I read the rules before booking. Then we had to wait another 7-10 minutes because of an uncooperative little customer, which is understandable, this is a salon for small children and unpredictable behavior or other things happen. Just like it’s happened in our case, kids don’t always follow your timing, and anything can happen on the way. So I don't quite understand such strictness with this rule, if they themselves violate it and make the next clients wait. In general, attention to the customer is not the strength of some employees of this location, but Tesse the hairdresser was quite friendly and professional. Not quite sure if we will come again.

I brought my 11 month old son here for his first haircut. His hair grows really fast, and I was nervous that he would be too young to work with. Virginia was wonderful with him. She was so kind and patient. She was not only speedy, but she did a really good job on his hair. The environment was so fun for him and kept him calm and distracted. We did the little “baby’s first haircut” package and got a little picture certificate with a lock of his baby hair. Such a good and painless experience. I will definitely be back and would absolutely recommend a friend!

We loved our experience! So much fun! We love thr play area, the different choices of seats, the balloons, and the hair glitter! A bit pricey though for a haircut on a 5 year old.

Took my daughter to get her first haircut by someone other than me. She struggled a bit. Did not want to get her hair washed but thought the fire truck was awesome! She struggles to get her hair washed at home too so it wasn’t a huge surprise. Then she got a little scared when it was time to sit in the car but settled after a couple minutes and the hairdresser was able to give her a trim. Overall she did great. About as good as I expected. But what really impressed me was the hairdresser. She was patient and good with my girl but while I was waiting for our turn there was another boy getting his haircut before us. He clearly had autism and was very scared and was spitting and lashing out and did not sit still at all. She was a tough cookie through it all. Very calm and patient. Gave space when he needed it and was as gentle as you can be while using hair clippers. 😂 she was amazing holding it together through what was clearly a very tough customer. I mean. Going through that then having to deal with my kid right after is a rough day for anyone. She was a champ.
