We strive to provide a caring environment where we put both the child and the parent at ease. Our stylists are skilled in cutting hair for all children, and provide that extra special touch for those with special needs. Not all children like to get their haircut, we are aware of this struggle and do all we can to make the experience one that they will want to have again. The stylist was more concerned with catching up,she was running just a few minutes behind. That was more her concern than providing a quality haircut, she was to rushed The front of his hair is not the same length as the rest.I would have taken him right back in, but he was done, as he is autistic and have limited time, before he melts down. I like your establishment in general, but expect a quality haircut. her rushing did not provide the best experience for him. She was very personable with him which was the was a plus, but we will not be scheduling with her again.
