My boy has never liked haircuts. I usually have to hold him while he is kicking and screaming. He wanted to sit in the firetruck area where the kids get thier hair washed. Nikki said that was fine since we already knew he wasnt going to like hair cuts. What shocked us he DID so much better. She was patient with him the only time he lost it was with the clippers bit he did SO much better this time. I will let everyone know how GREAT nikki is and how GREAT your place is. Thank you! I took my children to Cookie Cutters and I was really impressed with the safety precautions they have taken amidst the current pandemic. Everything was cleaned and the indoor play area was closed off. They made sure to keep a distance between themselves and what few customers were in the store. I felt really safe bringing my children in. The staff were very professional and friendly with my children. It felt like another fun visit to cookie cutters. I will definitely come back again.

Shelby was amazing with my five year old who was cutting her lonnngggg locks off (only here second hair cut ever!) We will be going back to visit her each and every time we need a trim! Love love love this place!!

My son had an incredibly rough time at a different children’s hair shop just a few months ago so we decided to come here again. So happy we did because no tears at all this time! The staff was so kind, calm, and went with the flow. You could tell they really focus on making children comfortable however that looks. We will continue to come here and have already recommended to other mom friends!
