We’ve had nothing but great experiences with Candace, the hair stylist we usually book with. We were unable to get an appointment with Candace, so we ended up booking with Erica. Completely different experience with Erica than with Candace. Unprofessional. With Candace, our child absolutely loves getting his haircut because she interacts with him and constantly makes him laugh. He adores her and LOVES to get his haircut with her. With Erica, she did no interacting and expected him to sit still. He cried and she just seemed super annoyed the entire time that he wouldn’t sit still. You shouldn’t be in business with children if you don’t know how to interact with them. Will hands down wait for an appointment with Candace next time. We love Candace.

I had a very poor experience I definitely would not recommend. My oldest son had one side burn completely cut off and the other side was long and hair cut not blended. After asking for the cow licks to be blended it still came out poorly. Before COVID we used this salon and received great haircuts. We recently returned since March and there is a noticeable decline in service. For the price, I expect better.

I just don’t understand how a stylist can’t do a braid. And that you defend your stylists not being able to braid. It’s a hair salon for little girls! Braiding should be in your package!

The lady botched my kids hair. I even showed her a photo of what I wanted. She did a horrible job from start to finish. My husband and I were just shocked when we left. I felt so bad for my kid and taking her to salon to get her hair fixed. Will never come back.
