Two of my children got great haircuts. However, my other child who coughed one time (a lingering cough from being sick a month ago) was denied service because he wouldn’t wear a mask. I of course encouraged him to wear it but unknown to the haircut person he has sensory issues and has trouble with masks. We both left the salon in tears. We had driven 45 minutes to go to this place and are unable to come back since I am a solo parent (that works full time) while my husband is deployed. We won’t be coming back not that anyone cares.

We told the lady what my son wanted. She argued with us about it. Then did what she wanted. My 2 year old was playing and touched one of the other chairs and she made a nasty comment about how they try to keep the seats sanitized, though I’m not sure that’s a big concern considering the cleanliness of the play area and the floor towards the front of the shop. I’m not thrilled with the way she talked to anyone in my family. Unlikely we will be coming back based on this experience alone. The lady at the front desk was nice to everyone.

I booked my appointment online and put “any stylist “ figuring that would get me seen faster. Oh no. They chose the stylist I got to see and I had to wait for her to be ready for my son. We got seen 20-30 mins after my appointment time and were bypassed by so many people who came in after us. When I complained about people going before me when I had an appointment the lady just kept saying I was next. The woman they made me WAIT FOR needs to retire. She was super sweet but her hands were shaking something awful I thought she was gonna cut my baby. His hair is so uneven (and he wasn’t even giving her a hard time he was pretty still the whole duration) they don’t sweep between customers and they don’t even clean the hair out of the cars the little kids sit in. I was super disappointed in this place and I will never be seen here again. All because pigtails and crewcuts is closed on sundays

We waited for a half hour after our Appt, our hair stylist didn’t even know it was our baby’s first cut till midway through, and his hair cut was uneven and way too short. Not at all what we asked for.

The worst hair cut that my daughter has ever gotten. Now I have to pay another stylist to fix the hair cut. I told her that wasn’t what we wanted she tried to fix it but just made it worse after and hour I was done and just wanted to leave. We were also supposed to get a shampoo and the lady forgot. The place also smelled, neve going back.
