We use Cookie Cutters regularly and are always satisfied with our experience. The only complaint from our recent visit was that there was only one stylist working and our appointment was at 2:15 and we didn't get helped until after 2:30. She was helping the customer ahead of us and didn't rush them (which she shouldn't), but there just seemed to be a scheduling issue.

Was brought to chair 15 minutes past appointment time. Receptionist was texting on her phone below the cash register drawer and did not acknowledge me at first, when trying to pay.

I forgot my child's mask at home and I came in to purchase one just so he could get his haircut. I have 2 kids and bought 2 masks and the total was $19. You are ripping people off with the price of masks. That is insane for something you are making a requirement. Consider getting cheap disposable masks to give to people if they forget their. $20 for 2 masks in ridiculous.

The stylist was extremely rude when asking for my son to put a mask on which wasn't a good start to his haircut that he was already nervous about. We understand the importance of mask wearing and have no problem complying, but last time we were in the store it wasn't required and he was 3 years old then too. And for being so concerned about his mask wearing, the hair stations are extremely close together- no way to maintain 6 feet apart from other patrons. It would also be nice to have sample haircut pictures on the wall for reference when the stylist asks what kind of cut/length you want for your child so its easier to communicate. We have had pleasant experiences here every other time, so I hope next time isn't like this.

It was my baby's first haircut. I told the stylist Jennifer I wanted the sides longer. I even showed her the hair underneath to show the length I wanted. She insisted we start with a long buzz, I obliged, because it was already stressful cutting his long locks for the first time at a young age. Well, she didn't do a long buzz like she said, and there was no going back. It is the shortest buzz possible, before bald. I wanted it scissor cut and long, so it could lay properly and the baby hair wouldn't be destroyed. Definitely not worth the money.
