We got Alicia and even though I scheduled a last minute appointment and showed up 15 mins late because of traffic, she still welcomed us with open arms! I did notice during the haircut that she might have nipped her finger, yet she still put her client first. She really worked with my baby even if he would get distracted 10/10 highly recommend! I love the little take-home certificate with the picture and some hair from his first cut. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Taylor is awesome, even when all the odds are against her, she was professional and very skilled with the tools. Leo is only 1 and with Taylor gentle hands he sits thur a full hair cut.

Overall the service and customer service was great. I think for $27 the haircut/shampoo should also include a blowdry.

Kayla is fantastic. She is patient, she knows exactly what I want for my son's haircut. She is friendly and she takes care of things. Anytime I scheduled a haircut, I make sure to schedule it with her. I trust her with my son's hair.

I think that the customer service could have been a little more personable but the stylist was very nice. I am a frequent hair donor and would love to see them partner with wigs for kids. Overall it was a pleasant experience and will take my kids back.

The girl that was working the desk did not greet us upon or arrival and when I approached the desk she continued to do what she was doing on the computer before even looking up. 15 minutes past my appointment time I again approached the desk and she finished counting money for another minute or two before she looked up at me. I asked her if the appointments were running behind and she finally told me yes. Later during my son’s great haircut with the amazing Ms. Shea, the desk girl was folding towels and a mom and son walked in and approached the desk and the girl looked and continued folding her towels for a bit before going to the desk. This is very different from the desk service that I normally have. On another note, I was so happy to see Ms. Shea again. I have tried other stylists but am always happy with Ms. Shea, as well as my two and a half year old son. She is what Cookie Cutters is all about!
