The playground being at the front of the store got my son excited and for his first haircut that’s exactly what I wanted! The front desk lady was a little odd and not bubbly at all which is odd for a children salon but Candace did a good job on my son’s haircut and being so patient with him, knowing how to work around him moving or fussing, and made sure to ask for permission before executing tasks. I appreciate how thorough she was and how genuine she was about her job!

I got a mommy hair cut, a bang trimming and a kids cut all by Candace. She was wonderful! She was great with my kids and made them feel comfortable. My son was a little resistant but thanks to Candace’s awesome way with kids he got his hair done with no problems. Definitely would recommend and be going again in the future

Visit overall was great. Haircuts and stylist were great. Younger brother is far from easy when it comes to haircuts & she did a great job. Receptionist position seemed like they could benefit from some customer service training but was not rude or foul in any manner. Also, I don’t know what variables could be in play with their day or life and maybe it was just an off moment or day. Great job and we will be back 👍🏼👍🏼

I was nervous to come back for a second visit, our first experience for the Baby’s First Cut wasn’t great and I was so so sad. A friend referred us to Kali in Chesapeake, so we decided to give it a try. We absolutely LOVE Kali! She was so great with our little guy and his special sensory needs, she was so patient and kind with him, she was super friendly and welcoming with me and his haircut turned out amazing! As long as Kali is working, we will most definitely be coming back
