My son has had a traumatic hair appointment in the past elsewhere which has prevented us from going anywhere to get his haircut for awhile. When it became unbearable, I called Cookie Cutters and explained everything to them. Nikki (who I spoke to on the phone) said she could work with him and scheduled him in after hours so we would be the only ones there. Of course he cried some during the appointment but Nikki was so patient, super friendly and encouraging the entire time which helped me stay calm which in turn helped my son feel a little bit more at ease. She did an excellent job with his haircut (regardless of my son crying in her ears) and I have only returned to see her. I trust Nikki with my haircut terrified son and I will always come to her as long as she works here.
