The hairstylist Alicia seemed new. Not rude, but not really that friendly either. Haircut was.. okay, I guess. Hardly any hair was even cut, despite me saying I wanted it short and evened out. Did not style or use any products, just a dry trim. Even my husband and a few friends commented they couldn’t tell he even had a haircut. Perhaps she didn’t feel comfortable with his hair texture because she declined wanting to use clippers. The hairstylist next to us, Nikki, however, seemed to be giving an awesome look and style to her client and was a bit friendlier. Probably comparing the two services is the only reason I feel obligated to leave a review. Will probably return, but definitely see someone different.

Taylor was really nice, however she ended up cutting the middle part of my son’s ear with the thinning shears. It bled for a long time and he cried the whole way home. Then to make matters worse his bangs are uneven. We have been going to Cookie Cutters for years and this is our first ever not great experience. I know accidents happen, but I’m not sure my son will want to go back there now :(. I miss Lindsay and Nikki they gave great haircuts. I was getting my son’s haircut for his preschool graduation on Thursday and I wish we would of just not got it cut.

If you're going to work with kids you should probably have a fun, nice personality. Our hairdresser could have cared less about working with my 5 year old. The haircut was ok, but I dont know if I would come back.

I'm upset we pay so much for a trim and my daughters bangs were all messed up.

I spent more time waiting to get my children's haircut than it took to actually get my child's hair cut. I found that people who came in long after me were in and out before one of my children got their hair cut. I understand that not all children sit still and some may take longer than others but your appointment times should accommodate that. A walk-in should not be seen before somey with an appointment does.

While well displayed that the age range appears to be for younger kids they should definatly state that you specialize in 5 and under and the environment is geared to that age.
