Candace was fantastic. Not only is our 3 year old a wiggle worm, but he also has autism, which Candace handled extremely well and was able to get him to calm down not long into the appointment. I love the fact that they have TVs at each chair to be able to put on a kids show to help keep them distracted/entertained. Definitely worth the hour drive for us and we will keep making the drive and will continue to see Candace. I also love the fact they gave each kid a balloon afterwards, our son was so thrilled about that. Overall an amazing experience

This place is great! The slide kept my kids entertained when we got there. I let Candace know we’ve had problems getting my nephew’s haircut because he moves a lot and doesn’t like the sound of clippers. She understood, was very patient, and she was able to cut his hair with no problems! I highly recommend Cookie Cutters in Chesapeake if they know any kids who need a great haircut. Thanks again Candace the experience was great and my nephew had a huge smile when we left!

My two boys 19 months and 4, received amazing haircuts from Candace! My 19 month old got his first haircut, and was crying, but she was still gentle and nurturing towards him. This was also the best looking haircut that my 4 year old, has ever gotten. She is very personable and great with kids. I will continue to travel 20 minutes to get this awesome experience! She’s the best!
