After getting home yesterday after our cuts for both of my boys I found that their haircuts were horrific! The back line at their neckline was so crooked that a child could have done better! After watching the stylist work and then looking at her I believe she was on some kind of drugs. Waiting for management to get back to me. Never used this stylist before and never seen her before either. She was blonde and did both of my boys haircuts.

The lady who cut my sons hair didnt seem to know how to cut a childs hair. She blamed bald spots that she made with the clippers on my son's head shape/texture. When I tried to work with her to correct his hair to my preferences she got an attitude and started throwing scissors and combs around. When I went to check out she still had an attitude and slammed the register closed. She made sure to let me know that she wasn't happy with the fact that I'm not happy about my son's haircut

This is the second time my son has gotten a hair cut here and the first time it was an uneven cut around the edges. My son does not like trimmers so the stylist must not know how to cut with scissors. However despite that we are new to the area and I bought a gift card for 4 hair cuts. So I went back this time and made to sure to schedule with a different stylist. She was nice and more inviting than the first stylist we had but cut his hair too short. I asked for a trim around the ears and neck and a slight trim on the top. She just kept hacking away at his hair. At one point I thought about tell her to stop but didn't want his hair to be uneven. He has curly hair and again didn't want trimmers we needed a scissors. She Even got the thinking sheers out and he is young so I hope she didn't cut all his curls off. I left that place upset and the stylist at the check out miserable she didn't offer my son a lollipop or balloon. I was so hangry about his cut which is also uneven in the front, I paid and left. I won't be using the rest of that gift card or returning I'm beyond frustrated and upset about my sons hair, let alone the check out stylist. The lady Dominique that cut his hair was friendly and patient but she did not listen to what I wanted and or do an even cut. Yes he has curly hair but she nearly cut all his hair off so you can clearly see it's not even.

My child’s hair is uneven and I paid $25. I could have done a better job and will not be returning.

I specifically messaged on Facebook to ask if my daughter needed a mask who is 2 was told no so made an appointment. I get there and am rudely told she needs a mask and I let her know I had messaged about it and she rudely tells me it’s on the door. Had to improvise tie off an adult mask so she could get a haircut I had been waiting on since March to get. Didn’t appreciate the attitude I was so frustrated. The manager that was there did apologize to me which I did appreciate however probably will not return ever again. Please please please have people told the correct information really didn’t appreciate the rude attitude when I was told something different.

Had asked for edge up and fade, only did the edge up and said my son didn't want the fade, asked my son he said she never mentioned that she just did the edge up and said she was done. For the price he could have a full haircut at his usual barber. This was a ten min cut and looks unfinished. Sticking to regular barber. She also said the trend was not to have a fade...not really true. Clearly. Would have taken him back in to have it re-done but they were busy and we had plans. Such a waste of money.
