I took my children to Cookie Cutters and I was really impressed with the safety precautions they have taken amidst the current pandemic. Everything was cleaned and the indoor play area was closed off. They made sure to keep a distance between themselves and what few customers were in the store. I felt really safe bringing my children in. The staff were very professional and friendly with my children. It felt like another fun visit to cookie cutters. I will definitely come back again.

My boy has never liked haircuts. I usually have to hold him while he is kicking and screaming. He wanted to sit in the firetruck area where the kids get thier hair washed. Nikki said that was fine since we already knew he wasnt going to like hair cuts. What shocked us he DID so much better. She was patient with him the only time he lost it was with the clippers bit he did SO much better this time. I will let everyone know how GREAT nikki is and how GREAT your place is. Thank you! My son had a great experience, getting his first haircut at age 3. We arrived early, and my son played on the slide until it was his time. We were served right on time, and Shalonda did a great replica of a picture I showed her. I was very satisfied with the results. The scheduled time worked great with my schedule on this day. Great job Shalonda, we will see you again.
