Nikki is amazing! She’s always so welcoming and friendly. My son has special needs and can get frustrated and upset etc. She never bats an eye. She’s willing to do whatever it takes to make him feel comfortable and get his hair cut. She puts me at ease as well and reassures me that at least while I’m there, I don’t need to be concerned if he yells etc. she’s the absolute best!!!
